We were amazed by the stunning location of the hotel, situated at the top of the mountain with breathtaking views. The housekeeping staff did a great job in fixing a clogged toilet despite the language barrier. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, especially the ala carte menu. We also appreciated the provision of umbrellas and winter coats in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The property's location was excellent. We really enjoyed xihai. It was a perfect vacation, We will choose it for sure for next trip. The hotel was really close to Huangshan train station.
